Quality standard

A hose has two enemies: leaks and cracks. Raw material samples are retained per batch, diameter is measured in-line during extrusion, and every finished batch is pressure and burst tested. No leaks is the baseline, not a selling point.

Turning one hose into a real business

HOSELAND Tools (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. grew out of Yuyao HOSELAND Tools Co., Ltd., founded in 2008. The plant is located at No.816 Yuliang Road, Yonghe Town, Shangyu District, Shaoxing, Zhejiang — 3.6 km from the Yuyao West highway exit and about 50 km from Ningbo port, with convenient road and sea access.

We manufacture PVC hoses, PVC garden hoses, EVA/PU coiled hoses, garden spray guns and hose reels for agriculture and water-saving irrigation, together with connectors, adaptors and guns — more than 80 models, widely used in modern agriculture, forestry, landscaping, gardens, nurseries and home greenhouses.

Over the years we have continued to improve our development, quality and service systems. Our products are supplied long-term to supermarkets and retail chains in Europe, North America and Australia, and we support BSCI and Sedex audit requirements. We welcome cooperation with customers at home and abroad.

Q1What is the minimum order quantity?

From 10 pcs for regular stock items, and 1,000 pcs for custom or private-label items (slightly different by model). Sample orders can start small, with mass production scheduled against the actual order.

Q2Can we use our own brand and packaging design?

Yes. OEM / ODM and private label are supported. Colour boxes, blisters, hang cards and shipping marks are made from your artwork, or we can propose a packaging solution to retail requirements.

Q3Can you provide test reports and audit documents?

Test reports such as REACH, RoHS, PAHS and SCCP can be provided for your target market, we support BSCI / Sedex audits, and third-party inspection by SGS or BV can be arranged.

Q4What is the usual lead time?

15–25 days after materials are ready for regular items. Where new tooling or custom packaging is involved, it counts from sample approval; the firm date is given together with the quotation. Material purchase takes about 5 days, and we are 3.6 km from the highway exit.

Q5Do you handle export orders and processing-only work?

Yes. We accept export orders and processing-only work and can issue a 13% VAT invoice. Customs clearance, container loading and export documentation follow the usual procedure.
